Magnesium Malate is a highly bioavailable form of magnesium. Each 2-capsule serving contains 360 mg of magnesium as di-magnesium malate, which is magnesium bound to malic acid. Magnesium is one of the most critical minerals in the human body that is involved in hundreds of enzymatic reactions. Malic acid is a compound found naturally in apples and other fruits and vegetables, and it is included in this product because of its role in the Krebs cycle, which is the energy-producing system in the body.
